BTC, established in 1985 and is one of the leading agencies specialising in the sale of commercial and residential investment/development properties. Our service includes sourcing, valuing, acquiring, managing, selling and advising on all property matters.
Our investment team advises institutions, property companies and private investors. Our speciality is in acquiring and disposing parade of shops, offices and retail warehouse with local trade or blue chip as covenants. Our reputation and ability is to provide deal-closing solutions.

What do we sell?
Commercial Investments – Definitely, our main seller. With the demand for commercial investment increasing over recent years we have successfully capitalised. The range of commercial investments we sell include small shop and upper parts to large blue chip covenant investments to parades of shops, all directly instructed and deliverable.
Residential Investments – Selling single
properties/portfolios with ready made income to off plan buy to lets. Landlords who have been involved in the buy to let boom over the last 10 years, still want to increase their portfolio but the rise in value of residential property, fear of void periods and tenant disputes are factors reducing yields but increasing headaches. Working in conjunction with B.T.C Lettings and Management our aim is to provide investors with, “headache free, ready made cake” residential properties.
Development – Not only do we sell and acquire residential or commercial development opportunities, with or without planning on behalf of our clients but we also advise property owners, developers and landowners on planning issues, market demand and potential developments with the aim to maximize their land and property values.
Hotels, HMO, Bed & Breakfast – BTC have recognised the demand in this area and have been quick to react and now hold an extensive database of buyers looking for hotels from small Bed and Breakfast to larger West End hotels.
Care Homes and Day Nurseries – The need for a safe, risk free environment for children and elderly people means that day nurseries and care homes will continue to create opportunities in this fast developing market. BTC Investment have managed to create significant inroads within this area and over the years have been very successful in selling a number of day nurseries and care homes and consequently capture a small share of this market.
Petrol Stations – We have enjoyed particular success and growth in this department since the launch only in 2006, where we have managed to dispose a number of petrol station sites throughout the country. Now we have a dedicated team member selling just petrol stations.
